Number of games Marcus Camby play this 2007 NBA season?

Marcus Camby of the Denver Nuggets is dominating the fantasy leagues, but he's injury prone. He usually plays about 55 games a season, but last season he had a career best 70 games in him. How many games do people think he'll play this season? Should I get rid of him while his stock is high or ride him out?

Number of games Marcus Camby play this 2007 NBA season?nba 2k8

Yeah, I'd trade Mr. Glass.

Number of games Marcus Camby play this 2007 NBA season?nba mvp ,nba teams

If your like me i go all in.

I play to win not to lose. Marcus fits this category as do a lot of other guys.

Marcus Camby

Baron Davis

Tracy McGrady

All are injurie prone guys but when they play and are healthy you will win.

If Camby plays between 65 and 70 games he is worth a 1st round pick in H2H leagues and you will most likely make the playoffs.

Your darkhorse for this upcoming NBA season?

last season, warriors did suprise the basketball world. which team you think will follow their footsteps?

these are my 2 picks:

hornets - cp3 is the key

bobcats - j rich, g dub and okafor

Your darkhorse for this upcoming NBA season?nba stats

That's quite close to mine.

I see the Hornets making the playoffs comfortably at the 7th seed, and beating the Mavs who will be the 2ndth seed. The Hornets will have Peja back, a scorer and perennial 3 pt threat next season. They also acquired a solid role player in Mo-Pete, who shoots the 3, defends, and plays ball solidly. With a healthy and rapidly growing high-potential core of West and Paul, with rebound-beast Chandler who's developing and honing his offensive skills(he showed a decent jumper and a hook shot previously not seen before), the Hornets have an excellent starting five, and also have good bench depth. West is not much of an interior defender at the PF position so deploying him to guard Dirk outside of the paint won't be as much of a mismatch as other teams. Also, Jason Terry always looks uncomfortable defending quick guards, and few come quicker than CP3, who's also an excellent playmaker and shooter. Hornets have what it takes to beat the morale-shaken Mavs, who might let the playoff hangover of GSW affect their composure against the Hornets, particularly if they lose the first home game to the Hornets. Their panicking and internal collapse and Dirk + Terry'schoking (Terry seems to get away with choking in clutch games because Dirk is there to shoulder the majority of the blame) will be key factors.

I expect Bobcats to go deep into the East, as they will have a good seeding IF Okafor and Wallace don't get the 35 game injuries they always seem to get. And with the addition of J-Rich, who's a shooter, go-to scorer, decent defender, good backcourt rebounder, the Bobcats actually have a pretty good team. Their undoing will be their usage of a low-budget, unproven coach. Several series have shown that coaches do turn the tide and change the whole face of the series. Flip Saunders of the Pistons, Mike Brown of the Cavaliers show that poor/ineffectual coaches can lose you the series or get you blown out in the finals, whereas a coach like Don Nelson can devise tactics to defeat particular opponents and exploit opponents' weaknesses to increase your chances of victory.

My third pick would be the Heat. They are supposedly an elite team, but they have rarely looked that way the past season, and with everyone counting them out since Shaq is old, out-of-shape, past-his-prime and has lost his competitive desire, D-Wade will be re-habbing, and them losing or standing to lose a few key players of the previous title run, they do look quite shabby. However, the Heat look to match up favourably against the Pistons, as Ben Wallace had often seemed key to Piston's containing of Miami's offense and the Pistons lack slashers/inside scorers to draw fouls on the Miami big men, which is an important way to handle the Heat. I expect Detroit to be 1st seed whereas Heat would be 4th seed, and the Cavs might finish off the Bulls for them and subsequently lose to the Heat, thereby removing the Heat's weakness but the Cavs match up poorly against the Heat as well. Also, Posey, whom I expect to return, is a tough defender who can really trouble James, and again Shaq lacks a competitor on the inside to give him trouble on either end of the floor. The loss of sharpshooter Kapono may not be that devastating, because he gave up lots of points. He was step-slow in guarding shooters and gave up lots of open-drives, fouled weakly and badly, and was scored upon by his opposing counterpart with ease. He also plays the same position as Posey, who is a valiant defender and offers more versatility on offense as he can slash to the hoop as well as shoot the 3. Therefore, I believe the Heat may not have deteriorated much, and coupling that with the East having not improved much in terms of the elite teams which are looking to trouble Miami, I believe Miami have a good shot.

Your darkhorse for this upcoming NBA season?nba score ,nba teams

You forgot Felton for the Bobcats...he's gonna blow up this year. I think if Minnesota gets rid of Ricky Davis they could go pretty deep, even in the Western Conference. I think the Knicks are gonna be good too, maybe even get past the first round of the playoffs good. Think about this l/u.

PG - Starbury

SG - Jamal Crawford

SF - Quentin Richardson

PF - Zach Randolph

C - Eddy Curry

Dangerous for sure.

I also like the Magic to do really well next season.

I agree with young boxer too...another thing is add Stephen Jackson and Al Harrington to J Rich and Baron Davis and you're really surprised?
IT'S NOT A DARK HORSE, BUT THE SUNS WILL WIN IT ALL THIS UP COMING SEASON. THEY CAME REAL CLOSE LAST YEAR AND YOU ADD A GRANT HILL TO THE MIX
Knicks - Z-Bo is very underrated and one of the best back to the basket scorers in the game and the Knicks got him for Basically nothing.

Grizzlies - two yeas ago they was in the playoffs then they sucked last year. Gasol was hurt half the year and their starting PG was out all year. I think Conley can start and hlp right away an possibly win ROY
Bobcats
warriors shouldnt have been a surprise. it is because you did not watch them. they have a great offense, they have been having this for a while. but their fast style and short ball is what always made them have close games because other teams would have to play with them. they could not get rebounds and defend the big guy. at the end they lost because of that.
Dont call me crazy cuz it the Philadelphia 76ers look at all the talent they got. DALEMBERT will have a break out season and ANDRE IGUODALA will average 23.4 ppg 6.1rpg and 6.2 assist and he will lead the league in steals per game
utah jazz :)
West: Philly (They might able to get into the 8th seed. I can see that they will be so close even they couldn't make the playoff.)

East: Portland (They are going to get better and better. They just have to learn, they are young. They are very similar to the bulls in two yrs ago. Drafted Deng, Gordon. A small piece is still missing to be perfect or great.)
new orleans is it
Dark Horse for the Play-Offs: Charlotte Bobcats.

Finals Dark Horse: Chicago Bulls

Reasons: Nobody is talking about this two teams. I think Charlotte is going to make it to the Play-offs for the first time since losing it's former team (Hornets) to New Orleans. Surprise Finalist: Chicago why? They built up a neat team team this summer. With Joe Smith in there they have a good post scorer and a hard worker plus a player with good work ethic: Joakim Noah.
call me crazy but cletics.

allen was a good addition, and glen davis is going to

contribute right away. i think they have good shot at

making playoffs and maybe get pass the 1st round.

Are you ready for the NBA season to begin?

i cant wait for the season to begin again.seems like it,s a long time til october. anyone else feel the same?

Are you ready for the NBA season to begin?nba rules

This is going to be one of the greatest NBA seasons ever!!!! The Mavs are going to try and regain respect after one of the biggest upsets in NBA history, and the Suns are looking to prove that had it not been for the "bench incident", they would have made it to the finals. Also, Miami is trying to prove that they are capable of coming back and winning the championship (or even being playoff contenders following the demoralizing sweep by the Bulls). Teams such as the Cavs %26amp; Bulls now feel that they are true contenders, and the Pistons/Heat are no longer the only threats in the East. This was also a great draft year, and everyone is looking forward to watching rising stars such as Oden %26amp; Durant.

Are you ready for the NBA season to begin?nba live ,nba teams

Im looking foward to see what my boy King james can do this coming season. if he can get his team to the finals with one or two small time players for teammates if they can get a decent player over the offseason its going to be insane!!! and i want to see how Greg Oden and Kevin Durant handle NBA Play.
Bobcats,,,playoff bound,,,46-36
YES I DO!!! i was born ready....
yea
yes im ready to watch the cavs spurs and the mavs
yess meee too!!!

can't wait till the nba season starts!
Yaya!!!! can't wait. i said yaya because i mistyped and didn't feel like deleting so...
Yes!!!!! With all the good rookies every team should be better. Even the Hawks look good with acie law, and al horford. The bobcats have j-rich, Gerald Wallace, and morrison. So even some of the worst teams last year are gonna be good.
oh yeah im really excited. i mean i cant wait until I hear about how well greg oden and kevin durant are playing. and i also want to find out some over looked players who were in the draft. like rodney stuckey will probably turn some heads , if he went to a big university or something he probably would have been in the top 10 , but the pistons got him at 15. also marco bellineli, is definetly going to be another head turner. this is going to be a really interesting season , seeing as the draft was really deep this year.
no. Let the Spurs be remembered as a dynasty for another 20 years. Cause they won't be if they lose next year.
i know i cant wait...go Hornets/Suns
I was ready for it to begin in freakin JUNE. I've been getting my BBall fix from WNBA and PV league Basketball...... Ineed some BBall fast, I'm going through withdrawl symptoms.....

ya man i cant wait the season to begin this season ma man d.wade is goin' 2 show the world y his the best player in the world (same as the miami heat)

but til october is a lot of time.....
I cant wait to see the drafted players play.
This is going to be a great season!

Annoyingly good ballers in the 07/2008 nba season?

as a lakers fan there have been ballers this seasonn that are just annoyingly good. if any laker keeps sinking 3's and dropping basket after basket ill say he's 'incredibly' good, but if the player in the opposite team does it they are annoyingly good. this is my list this season (all of these are players that played against the lakers)

1. stephen jackson (warriors at lakers) kept making them huge 3's

2. baron davis (lakers at warriors) he's just too quick

3. dirk nowitzki (dallas at lakers) he kept making baskets and hit that huge 3 to tie)

4. rafar alston (lakers at houston) made 8 3's enough said.

5. monta ellis (both games with lakers) just like baron if not even quicker

any other players in your list? agaisnt your team.

Annoyingly good ballers in the 07/2008 nba season?pro basketball

yup i agree because most of those players hurt my mavs team this year,[except for nowitzki lol] but also

carlos boozer-too good in the paint

deron williams-extremely fast

chris paul-ehh plays like an MVP, too good to beat

rafer alston-made like 7 threes against the nowitzki-less mavs a couple of weeks ago

monta ellis, baron davis, stephen jackson-HOLY CRAP mavs hav to play the warriors 2 more times, WITHOUT DIRK! wow lets hope they do not repeat last year's play offs

kobe byrant-wt the hell he's like god against the mavs

actually the whole laker team!

manu ginobli-jesus why cant he get injured!? when the spurs were down by 14 on sunday, manu made some clutch plays

tim duncan-got away with shooting 4-21 from the field in the victory against dallas

paul pierce-his team got a late lead in the 4th quarter last week against dallas, alll because he got to the like 10 times!

done for now but im sure there is muc much more

Annoyingly good ballers in the 07/2008 nba season?nba history ,nba teams

NO YEAH DUDE

i totally agree with you

ANNOYING!
LeBron James
Derek Fisher, Ginobli, Raja Bell, Allen Iverson, and anyone else that likes to flop. I like their game... I just hate seeing flops in the NBA.
Hedo game winning 3 at the buzzer. GO MAgic!!!!!
I see a lot of people get frustrated with Monta, he's not annoying to me (Because he rules!) but I guess when a kid flies by you like a bullet and you can't guard him, it kinda gets under your skin.

Especially if you're the Suns who've owned the run-n-gun/fast paced game style for years now, only to get a guy from High School beat you at your own game. :)
annoyingly good..nice, very creative question

p.s im a warriors fan

1. Ray Allen (Boston at Golden State) I went to this game and Ray Allen dropped three after three. He had 30 something. But Baron made a game-winning buzzer beater.

2. Lamar Odom (Back to back Laker games) Do I even need an explanation?

3. Carlos Boozer (first games of the season) He is a Warriors killer and killed them in the Playoffs. 32 points, 15 rebounds.

4. Danny Granger--29 points, always kills Warriors
turkoglu against the celtics..game winning three

kobe could not be stopped against us but thank god he didnt have gasol at the time
kobe and lebron they both have a lot of skill and can take their teams on their shoulders if they need to

Why was the 99" Nba season shortened?

Thats what i heard, but i'm not sure if it's that season.

Why was the 99" Nba season shortened?nba warriors

I guess because a lot of people retired like Michael Jordan.

GO SPURS GO!!!!!!

strike.
Not a strike, since the owners Locked out the Players,

NHL had a lock out too, NFL i think had a strike.

A LOCKOUT TO GET THE COLLECTIVE BARG AGREEMENT DONE.

The 1998-99 NBA season was the 53rd season of the National Basketball Association. Due to a lockout, the season didn't start until February 5, 1999 after a new six year Collective Bargaining Agreement was reached between the NBA and the National Basketball Players Association. All 29 teams played a shortened 50 game regular season schedule, and the 16 teams who qualified for the playoffs played a full post-season schedule. The season ended on June 25th with the San Antonio Spurs winning the franchise's first NBA championship, beating the New York Knicks 4 games to 1 in the 1999 NBA Finals.

Notable Occurrences

* The NBA and the Players Association reached an agreement on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement on January 18, 1999.

* The All-Star Game was not held this year due to the league's lockout.

* Due to the lockout, the pre-season was shortened to just two games instead of the normal eight, and some teams did not meet each other at all during the course of this 50-game season.

* The New York Knicks became only the second #8 seed to advance in the playoffs by defeating a #1 seed. They are the only #8 seed to advance to the NBA Finals.

* The San Antonio Spurs set a new NBA Finals single-game attendance record when 39,554 fans attended Game 2. Game 1 was attended by 39,514 spectators.

* The Spurs became the first former ABA team to win a championship.

* For the first time since the 1954-55 season (the first year of the shot clock), no teams in the NBA averaged 100 points per game.

What was most amazing about this NBA season?

This was quite a season; Celtics have the largest turnaround, 8 teams in the West won 50 games, the Lakers are on top- reviving one of the greatest rivalries (Lakers-Celtics), Rockets won 22 in a row, Lebron has Oscar Robertson stats, CP3 has Magic Johnson stats. But what do you think was most amazing?

What was most amazing about this NBA season?basketball shoes

pau gasol trade for KWAME BROWN and javaris crittion!!!

omg i still cant believe it

What was most amazing about this NBA season?nba champions ,nba teams

Outiside of the Trades that turned teams around like the pau gasol trade that won the lakers the division, I would have to say the Celtics trading last year's entire team for two guys that were terrible team last season and them winning 50-games with some struggle against the west but overall they did something amazing bringing respectability back to that franchise in less than one year
illl have to say the lakers-celtics rebith's

this rivalry made nba what it is today and no like hockeyy

so this rebirth might just bring up nba's fan rate even more!

it just hit me vince carter and jefferson couldn't take their nets to the playoffs in the east....lmfaooo

atlanta and philadelphia

kobe could of done that with both hands injured by himself
8 teams with 50 wins. just showing how competitive this year's nba is. everyone in the western conference, from seed 1 to seed 8 have an equal good chance to win the championship. if only GSW can get 50 wins as well, that would have been awesome... a team with 50 wins that dont' make the playoff...
I thinks the Houston Rockets winning and breaking a 20+ records without Yao Ming is pretty darn impressive.

Dwight Howard's Superman Dunk: Amazing!

The Trifecta of Boston: Brilliant!

The Wild. Wild. West. The highest of basketball Caliber.
Lebron James. Biggest Triple Double Threat. Had 7 This Season and came close to one almost EVERY game. Dwight Howard also had his breakthrough season.
those are all great and although its not on your list I would have to go with the fact that we witnessed the most Competitive Conference playoff race ever.
Dwight Howard was very amazing.
Aaron Gray of the Chicago Bulls getting 20+ rebounds.
DeShawn Stevenson's beard.
As a Canadian I will say the Raptors.

Nuff said.

^_^
The Atlanta Hawks making the playoffs.. ( I'm from Atlanta) Haven't seen this in YEARS.............
